Pip & Pop Children’s Shop accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise. Tags must be attached. Returns will be issued a store credit in the amount of the current selling price. All sale items and seasonal merchandise are FINAL SALE - no exceptions! After April 1, all Easter merchandise is considered final sale. After November 1, all Christmas merchandise is considered final sale.
Should you need a different size, we will happily exchange any unworn and unwashed merchandise. Tags must be attached.

Prepaid return labels are not provided.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it. We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.

All personalized items are FINAL SALE due to their custom nature. Please allow 1-2 weeks for all personalized items.
